Tegro Wallet is a non-custodial wallet on the TON blockchain with a Visa crypto card. You store GRAM and tokens, send and receive funds, and soon you'll be able to pay with a crypto card worldwide — while remaining the only person who holds the keys.
Yes. Your recovery phrase (24 words) and private key are stored only on your device. Tegro has no access to your funds and cannot move or freeze them. You are the sole owner.
The recovery phrase is encrypted with a key derived from your PIN (scrypt + AES-256-GCM) and kept in your device's secure storage. Transactions are signed locally, and the phrase is never left sitting in memory. There is a 6-digit PIN with lockout after failed attempts, biometrics, and screenshot protection.
The 24-word recovery phrase is the only way to restore your wallet. Write it down offline and never show it to anyone: Tegro support will never ask for it. If you lose both the phrase and your device, access to your funds cannot be recovered — that's the flip side of full control.
The wallet works without KYC — creating and using a TON wallet requires no identity verification. Issuing the crypto card will require KYC — the standard practice for payment cards.
The Visa crypto card is topped up with crypto (GRAM/USDT) and lets you pay in regular currency wherever Visa is accepted worldwide. Apple Pay, Google Pay and 3D Secure are supported. The card is coming soon.
The wallet is free — you only pay TON network fees for transactions. Crypto card pricing will be announced at launch.
Restore your wallet on a new device with your 24-word recovery phrase. Without the phrase and without access to your old device, recovery is impossible — which is why keeping the phrase offline is essential.
Right now — the web (wallet.tegro.finance) and the Telegram Mini App (@TegroWalletbot). iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
